Lord Craven Colonial Dames Chapter 17th Century Meeting is February 18, 2017

The Lord Craven Chapter of Colonial Dames will hold their February 18, 2017 meeting at The Carolina BBQ on 1602 S College Road in Wilmington, NC at 11:30. The guest speaker is Jeff Holcomb, who will speak about "Education during the Colonial Times." Our Colonial Dames State President, Julia Floyd will be attending the meeting.

Sir Walter Raleigh Chapter Will Mark William Courtney's Yellow House



President Bolz reported that the Sir Walter Raleigh Chapter will mark William Courtney’s Yellow House on April 20, 217.  This is the house that Peggy Troxell now owns.  Anyone wanting to attend should put this on their calendar and check with Mrs. Bolz concerning transportation.

Wreaths Accross America on December 17, 2016




We are all looking forward to Wreaths Across America on December 17th. Come at 10:00 am-12:00. The ceremony will begin then. Help will be needed to place wreaths on the graves. November 19th Lord Craven Colonial Dames 17th Century Meeting

The Lord Craven Chapter of Colonial Dames held their November 19, 2016 meeting at The Carolina BBQ on 1602 S College Road in Wilmington, NC at 11:30. The guest speaker Ann Hutteman did a wonderful program on “Oakdale Cemetery in Wilmington, NC.”











Kitsey Lackey, Martha Blacher and Fran Carlsen look through all the hand made hats, pin cushions, made by pending member Marianne Grant. She donates part of the sales to our Lord Craven Chapter.
One of our new members, Susan De Goote made this necklace to be raffled off and guess who won it, yes, our own Ruth-Anne Bolz.
