Wreaths Across America Info to Order Wreaths

                 Wreaths Across America

Susan DeGroote, Treasurer and Wreaths Across America Chair

This year, our treasurer, Susan DeGroote, will accept checks made to Lord Craven Chapter CDXVllC for Wreaths for Wreaths Across America. She will cash them and, by a specific date, will send a check to WAA and order all the wreaths from our chapter immediately. This will save time and avoid possible loss of checks. The wreaths are now $17.00 for a wreath. If you need to contact Susan, you can e-mail her  at susandegroote2@gmail.com

Susan's home address is listed on the online list of Lord Craven Colonial Dames members.

If you prefer to order online, follow the directions below:

Click on the website http://www.wreathsacrossamerica.org/nc0008p.
This is a direct website for our Lord Craven Colonial Dames chapter to sponsor a wreath.

1. Click on Sponsor a wreath. Each wreath is $17.00.

2.  Fill in your information, the person's name, and your credit card information. The transaction does not go through if you do not get a thank-you email after donating or receiving a confirmation email. Let Phyllis know after you have ordered a wreath for her record keeping. Do not use PayPal. Although I checked on it, and it will work, it is confusing. So, just use your regular credit or debit card.

If you need help ordering a wreath, call the main number for Wreaths Across America at 877-385-9504 Monday-Friday. Someone will answer the phone between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm. You can call on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00am until 2:00pm on weekends. You can buy a wreath with a credit card or debit card. If you call any other time, you can leave your name and phone number, and someone will call you back. When talking to a representative from Wreaths Across America, you will need to tell them the number for our Lord Craven Chapter is NC0008P, and the cemetery is Wilmington National Cemetery.NCWNCE.
Chapter members also write a check to the Lord Craven Chapter CDXVllC for wreaths and give it or mail it to Susan DeGroot, our treasurer.

Contact Phyllis Wilson, blog manager, if you need help accessing the website or ordering a wreath.

"This year, when you place a Wreath on a Veterans Grave, you will know it is not just a wreath. It's your personal gift to an American hero, and you will swell with pride and have a tear in your eye knowing you've done something special for our Veterans and their families. God bless our Veterans, and God bless America."
