Diane Janis, NC State Heraldry held a workshop for a chapter in the western part of the state. The chapter extended the invitation to chapters across North Carolina.

Earth Day is an international event celebrated around the world to pledge support for environmental protection. The year 2021 marks the 51st anniversary of the annual celebrations. National Vietnam War Veterans Day is a US holiday observed annually on March 29. It recognizes veterans who served in the US military during the Vietnam War. It should not be confused with Veterans Day.
The Lord Craven Colonial Dames meeting was held on Saturday, February 20, 2021, at 10:30. Pat Gooding hosed us, a former Lord Craven president, and regent of the Brunswick Town DAR Chapter. This meeting was jointly held with the newly formed Cape Fear Chapter of Daughters of American Colonists.
The guest speaker was Brett Riggs, who enchanted us last year with his knowledge of the truth about piracy. This time his topic was "Political Differences between the Colonies before the Revolution."
