Colonial Dames 17th Century Lord Craven Chapter will hold their February18,
2023 meeting at 9:00 AM at The Burgwin-Wright
House located at 13 South 3rd Street, Wilmington, NC. Then we will go on a tour of the house. Lunch
will follow at the Copper Penny restaurant. Contact Dale Spencer at gspencer3@ec.rr.com if you plan to attend. Parking: For
both the Burgwin-Wright House and the Copper Penny, will be at the City of
Wilmington 2nd Street Parking Deck. It is located halfway between
The Burgwin-Wright House and the Copper Penny.
This chapter has been active in the
Lower Cape Fear since 1961. Our programs
highlight colonial heritage, research, and records. Members are lineal blood descendants of an
ancestor who lived and served prior to 1701 in one of the original 13 US
