9/11 " 15 Year Remembrance Ceremony" on Saturday, September 10th at Southport Fire Headquarters at 10:00

There will be a 9/11 “15 Year Remembrance Ceremony” on Saturday, September 10, at Southport Fire Headquarters, 1011 North Howe Street. At 10:00 the fire department’s honor guard will open the ceremony at 10 a.m.  An open house will follow with station tours and activities for all ages from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. This is being done in recognition of lives lost during the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center in New York and the Pentagon.
